Prime Minister Najib told an assembly of public sector workers at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre that he wants Putrajaya to be the model for public administration.

“I want Putrajaya to be a fine showcase for the public sector. I don’t want people to belittle Malaysia’s aim of becoming a developed nation. I want them to say that Malaysia is awesome and successful. That’s why we need to improve in all aspects, from our performance and productivity to our diligence,” he said.
