Najib aims to strengthen ties with France through visit

Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Razak says that his four-day official visit to France will strengthen relations between the two nations.

Najib will discuss the global economic crisis and environmental issues with French President, Nicolas Sarkozy.

The Prime Minister will also address the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation’s (Unesco) general conference on October 6. It is the first time that a Malaysian leader has been invited to deliver a keynote address at a Unesco general conference.
