A number of Malaysian companies have confirmed that they will take part in Bauma 2010, a major trade fair that takes place in Munich in April.

Thomas Brandt General Manager of the Malaysia-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) says, “More than 100 Malaysian representatives, including several big players from the construction industry, are expected to meet with their counterparts from other countries during the week-long exhibition.”

And he added, “several Malaysian firms have confirmed their participation in the exhibition and we are trying to get space for two more companies. They are still on the waiting list, as the response has been overwhelming.”

Brandt told reporters that MGCC was committed to helping Malaysian construction companies target business and technology transfer opportunities at exhibition, which showcases technology, products and services.
