Asean nations launch joint tourism campaign
Malaysia has joined forces with the nine other Asean nations to launch a new tourism campaign for the region based around the slogan, “Southeast Asia: feel the warmth.” The campaign will be supported by a dynamic, interactive website SoutheastAsia.org. It will target tourists in medium and long haul markets such as the UK, Australia, India, North America and Hong Kong. Ministry wants 10% rise in GDP from patents
Malaysia’s Ministry of Science, Innovation and Technology has set a minimum 10 per cent increase to the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from patented inventions and innovations this year. Malaysian healthcare companies target Arab Market
Malaysian companies have sewn up sales worth US$4.19 million at the Arab Health 2010 exhibition in Dubai.
